I. What is MyRunner Service?

MyRunner is service which provides you a personalised Runner.

Your personal runner (delivery boy) can PICKUP any item upto 5 KGS for you from the location given by you, and deliver it to the location you want. This service feature is called PICKUP & DELIVER.

you can order your personal runner to BUY any item (Upto Rs.2000) for you, and deliver it to the location you want. This service feature is called BUY & DELIVER.

II. What is PICKUP & DELIVER?

PICKUP & DELIVER feature of the service enables you to order anything (upto 5 kgs) to be PICKUPed up from one location and delivered to another location, within the same city.

III. What is BUY & DELIVER?

BUY & DELIVER feature of the service enables you to order anything (upto 5 KGS, and value Rs.2000) to be bought from the store of your choice, and deliver it to the location you want.

IV. How do I Pay for the cost of merchandise bought and the delivery charges?

Your Runner will buy the merchandise for you and deliver it to the location of your choice. You can pay for the merchandise at the delivery point in cash OR You may choose to pay for the Merchandise by your E – Wallet, when the E-wallet facility it gets activated. For delivery charges at the time of booking the order, you can choose to pay the delivery charges at Pickup point, or at the delivery point. The Delivery charges can also be paid by the E-Wallet, when it gets activated.

V. How much do I need to pay for the delivery charges?

The delivery charges are different for different cities. Please refer to the rate card in the App for the same.

VI. How do I pay for the delivery charges in case of PICKUP & DELIVER?

At the time of booking the order, you can choose to pay the delivery charges at Pickup point, or at the delivery point. The Delivery charges can also be paid by the E-Wallet, when the E- wallet facility it gets activated.

VII. How will I be placing the order of commodities in case of BUY & DELIVER?

In case of BUY & DELIVER, when the order is placed, the Runner will go to the store of your choice and call you from there. The Runner will make you speak with the store representative to whom you will be placing the order of the commodities to be bought.

VIII. What if the Runner buys wrong merchandise for me in case of BUY & DELIVER?

The order is placed by you directly to the store representative. Once the order is collected by the Runner, he will take the photo of the merchandise and upload the same on the order page of the APP. At this point he will also update the cost of the merchandise. You can check the photo of the merchandise bought and also check the price of the item. In case of any discrepancy you can call the Runner immediately, and notify him about the problem. He will try to resolve the issue to the best of his effort.

IX. What if the Runner delivers a damaged product?

At the time of pickup the runner takes the photo of the item he picks up. Then the same is sealed in a tamper proof bag, on which you sign across the seal. The same is opened at the delivery by the recipient. If the item is found damaged at the point of delivery the company will exercise due investigation to find out the reason for the same. The Runners have been trained to take good care of the stuff being taken. The company does not accept any liability for the damage.
